When is payment due for my order? When will I be charged?

Payment must be made immediately, regardless of the shipment date. Your payment will be processed as soon as you complete the checkout, unless you have established prior terms for net 30 accounts. ACH payments typically take 1-3 business days to process, depending on your financial institution's policies. Shipments will only be dispatched once the payment has been cleared.

Does WMP offer NET 30 terms?

Registered users are eligible to apply for credit by completing our Credit Terms Application.

To obtain the forms, you must first register for a free account with WMP.

Do you offer wholesale or member discounts?

What are your return & warranty policies?

Please refer to our "Returns" section or "Policies" section for full details. Our standard warranty for most items is 1 year from the date of purchase.

When will my item ship?

Items that are currently in stock typically ship out the same business day if the order is placed before 2pm local warehouse time. For more specific shipping information, please check the "Shipping Details" tab on the product page or refer to the lead times listed under the item title.  Imported from manufacturer, extended lead time.
