Repair Services

We offer many repair services including but not limited to:

• Motor repairs. Includes both AC and DC motors.
• Cylinder rebuilds. (Includes most air cylinder clamps, hold down clamps, and actuators.)
• Spindle rebuilds. (Drill heads, router heads, etc.; for drills, cnc wood & granite routers, more.)
• Spindle shaft and arbor repairs. (Shapers, moulders, saws, etc.)
• Complete machine refurbishment. (Complete tear down and refresh of your machine to like new condition including repainting and decals.)

Things like parts availability and lead times may affect our ability to perform certain services so we will advise you of any concerns upfront. We pride ourselves on being able to work on most major brands of machinery but always feel free to contact us ahead of time so we can determine the best solution for you. Provide us a few details and we will get to work on determining the best course of action. We begin by first checking whether parts are still available for your repair and their lead times. From here we will then advise you on a best plan of action.

This initial charge covers the technician's time to evaluate your items and is credited toward any future fees associated with your repair. If you decide not to proceed with the repairs the fee is applied to any return shipment charges and the balance is credited back to you. The evaluation service available in our store is for parts only. For complete machine refurbishments please contact us.

Yes. Additional fees will apply. We strive to turn around most commonly rebuilt items in approximately two to three weeks. Availability of parts and current service backlog drive these lead times. We can usually accommodate rush services and we will advise when confirming your order.
