Wood Machinery Parts provides open account terms to qualified businesses in two distinct tiers.
TIER 1
Tier 1 is for those who make the occasional purchase but prefer to have open terms for accounting simplicity. This is our basic open account level and requires approval. You must have at least one prior purchase within the last 12 months with WMP and complete our application for open terms. The approval process generally takes between 1 and 7 days depending on reference response times. Tier 1 members enjoy the following benefits:

- Enjoy extra discounts off regular prices.
- Establish open account terms. (Terms subject to approval.)

TIER 2
Tier 2 is our B2B program and has additional benefits to our Tier 1 basic open account terms. You must have at least one prior purchase within the last 12 months with WMP and complete our application for open terms. The approval process generally takes between 1 and 7 days depending on reference response times. See below for additional B2B details.

*EXCLUSIONS
- Requires account approval.
- Upgraded shipping excludes items requiring freight by common carrier. Excludes shipments to Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
- First time orders require immediate payment. Subsequent orders may be on account once terms are approved. (1-7 business days typical.)
