We are writing to inform you of recently implemented U.S. government tariffs on imported goods, including 25% on aluminum and stainless steel, and a 10% reciprocal baseline tariff, effective on or before April 5th. As a result of our global supply chain, these tariffs impact both imported finished goods and components used in U.S.-based manufacturing.
To maintain our standards of quality and service amidst these increased tariff costs, a price adjustment will be applied to orders effective Monday, April 21st, 2025. This adjustment will appear as a separate line item on your invoice. This additional fee may be added after order entry for any order completed by self checkout online. For substantial orders or if you would like to confirm pricing prior to placing your online order, please message us.
Please note that due to the fluctuating nature of tariffs, we reserve the right to adjust confirmed sales orders if necessary to reflect current tariff rates. A representative will contact you if any additional payment is due.

How will the extra tariff cost be applied to my order?
The added tariff expense will be presented as a separate surcharge, varying based on the product's country of origin. Please note that your underlying product price is not changing. This method allows us the flexibility to update the tariff surcharge in response to any adjustments in U.S. government tariff policies.
When do the surcharges take effect?
The tariff surcharge has been applied to all product shipments made on or after Monday, April 21st. This surcharge also applies to all open purchase orders placed before April 21st, 2025, that have not yet shipped. Going forward, all new quotations and order confirmations will include the tariff surcharge as a separate line item.
Do I need to revise my purchase orders to reflect the tariff surcharges?
We kindly request that new purchase orders include separate line items for the applicable tariff surcharges, as detailed in our quotations. For existing, unshipped purchase orders, we would appreciate it if you could update them to reflect these surcharges where feasible and resubmit. Please note that all order confirmations and invoices will clearly display the tariff surcharges as separate line items. To determine the specific tariff surcharge percentage based on the product's country of origin, please refer to your quotations. If you need your quotation updated please request this from your portal or call. For online orders we will contact you once they have been reviewed. Any additional charges will be added to your order and invoiced once the review of your order is complete.
